The payment methods that we accept are Paypal and Stripe.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders the same or next working day. The postal service we use is generally Royal Mail although we may use an alternative courier for bulk/wholesale orders.
FREE 2nd Class: 2-3 days
FAST 1st Class: 1-2 working days (usually the next day)
GUARANTEED NEXT DAY: Special Delivery guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day (note: if you choose this delivery method at the checkout you automatically qualify for a free upgrade on your order to luxury A5 sized cards!)
NON-UK (Standard International Post)
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of the world: 5-10+ working days
We accept returns on all purchases within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted:
* Where an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Where an item was purchased as a personalised item
* Where an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or significantly not as described.
